Anyone else experiencing issues on the east coast/New England? A lot of sites with Fibertech/Lightower/Crown Castle fiber, all unreachable from other networks. Can't call into their NOC to reach anyone, call drops after a few minutes of hold. Customer portal (https://fibercustomer.crowncastle.com) unreachable as well.
