I have a number of servers all connected to separate 1Gb switches. Interfaces momentarily exceeded the 1Gb bandwidth when the various servers were under load.
I’m looking at putting all the servers onto a single 10Gb switch. This should help remove my networks bottleneck, right?
I only have a 1Gb internet feed, but I don’t think that matters for this scenario. Is there anything I’m overlooking?
