Server IP scheme ?

Hi guys, so I’m in charge of several NVR servers. Currently they share the same ip block of every other server the org and vlan as well. That’s just the way things were set up when I arrived. I will be introducing new NVR servers to replace the failing and older ones. I have been given approval to place them on my own ip block space and vlan. I will be using a /24 for my first new server in that block space say for example 10.20.0.0 /24 network. And create a gateway ect in the router that’s doing the IVR routing ect. My servers like this for example will have 120 camera steaming to it and servicing about 80 clients. So about 200 hosts talking to my server. My question is when I add a an additional server should I place it in the same subnet especially given that the additional server would have about another 200 clients communicating to it. I am trying to reduce the broadcast domain as much as possible as well as isolating the subnet traffic. Or should I place the additional served on say 10.20.2.0 /24, I would be leaving the 10.20.1.0 for scalability. I’m using more of my block space like this though. The clients are in a different subnet. This would place only one host, the server in each subnet. If I want to conserve IPs I can always variable length subnet it. Do I benefit from placing the servers in different subnets or separate them.? They would be in the same vlan but would each have their own gateway and subnet. Thank you more experienced network gurus. I have my ccent but I don’t have a network mentor for these ?s
