Simply put, I was given this ticket and I am not sure how to go about it. These two sites are connected via site to site VPN, both using sonicwalls. Neither Sonicwall has support and the firmware is probably not up to the latest version, this client runs a 24/7 operation. We could schedule time to upgrade, but I doubt this is the issue.
I tried checking the logs, but this sonicwall nsa 2400 which is almost EOL doesn't provide any sorting/filtering by time. Not sure where to start. According to the users in the remote site, they get disconnected and reconnected within 5 minutes and this recently started happening.
