I've been putting together a bit of documentation for people who come after me at work - aside from our standard docs. Something for newer people that's easy to understand, and who might not have much industry experience (a bit like myself)
I'm wondering what you consider to be your top network troubleshooting hints / tips / advice?
I think my main one is to always start your troubleshooting at the physical layer, but what's your favourites?
