Interface reporting multiple alert for the past days related to optical signal?

Hi, Im getting multiple alerts related to optical value which im getting -40dbm(tx/tx) which mean no signal is detected right? But the thing is I'm able to ping and establishment of protocol and doens't have interruption?

Device: C3750E

SFP Module: 1000BaseLX SFP

Is this some sort of bug? or failure of DOm on a spefic interface?
