Wireless conference phone for BIG conference room

Reddit, I have come to you in my time of need, I have searched far and wide for a wireless conference phone solution for my company but there seems to be nothing that fits the bill and our price range that I can find.

We currently run the RevoLabs FLX2 but with only the capability to have 2 mics, from what I understand, it just is not enough for our space. With the FLX2 we are having trouble with voices being picked up at distance and such. I do understand it is meant for small spaces but at the time it was the best solution and we made it work, but we have been told we either need to make more microphones for it work or we need something else.

There is an option from vtech, which was a name I was surprised to hear in the enterprise space, that has four wireless mics but their range is only three feet from the base station and they can only work with about a three foot proximity according to the company. There are options from Sennheiser, but unfortunately starting at $4k seems to be a little steep for a small 501-c3 though boy oh boy do they look fancy. There is the Konftel 300wx which would need a dac to work as we run IP phones and it is all analog. The 300wx just has downsides that it's external microphones are wired and on short cables, and there are only two of them.

If any of you know of other options out there or have suggestions on what to do. I am very crafty and dont mind DIY, I am not sure about my company though.

Budget for this is as low as possible

We currently have a Mitel environment and can setup a softphone if this just needs to run off a pc and isnt a "normal" phone

Boss (and compliance officer) wants no wires crossing into the conference square causing possible trip hazards

Thank you in advance!
