I recently started a new job at a small office and their network is terrible. I replaced their old 100 Mbps router with a Zywall 110 I brought from my previous job that went out of business. We have a 120 Mbps connection from Comcast and I can get that coming straight out of the switch. Anywhere else in the office, I can only get about 85 Mbps. Wireless performance is horrible. I can only get about 20 mbps on 2.4 and even less with 5 ghz. I can plug the same wireless AP into a different lan port on the router and get the full 120 Mbps, so it is not the wireless AP. (This is without any of the current wireless clients on it) Where would you start to pinpoint what is causing the network performance issues. Any help is greatly appreciated.
