I have been trying to find the hex code or where in the GUI I can turn off the alerts for this particular SNMP trap "UPS: Bypass not in range ; either frequency or voltage. " The model is Smart-UPS SRT 3000 I've called customer service but no one can tell me where to find this in the GUI. They tell me to look for a hex code in emails but we don't get any emails and our tools do not give us the desired code either (ex. [0x011B] ) If anyone happens to know where to find this exact alert or the hex code for it I would really appreciate it.
