Recommendation for a fanless switch with multigigabit and SFP+.

I'm in need of a switch that will have the following features: - It has 12 or more multigig ports, 2.5 will sufice. - It also has at least 2 SFP uplinks ports at minimum rate of 10 Gigs. - It does not have a fan. Very important.

We work mostly with Aruba, but they don't have such a switch. If you know any vendor with HW of this characteristics, please let me know.

My idea (I'm no expert) is to get an HPE OfficeConnect 1420 24G 2SFP+ Switch and through link aggregation make it a 12 port switch with double the speed (2G), does that make sense?
