Q regarding premade Cat6a runs for custom home install

Hey guys,

I’m building a house and want to run cat6a through the home. The builder is advising I use premade cables rather than running cat6a and crimping the ends bc he says it’s easier and more reliable. I feel like the real reason is because his low voltage trade doesn’t know how to terminate cables.

My question is, are there any pros or cons to the two different methods of install?
