Looking for Live Network analysis tool that displays results in diagram format that's affordable.

I tried to find anything similar on reddit, internet, and some network gurus, but no luck - so easy on me here. I am trying to find a live network analysis tool/software (like AngryIP network analyzer/scanner) that displays the results in a network diagram.

I have been assigned an approx. 175 device merged network (Security camera/streaming server network that is poorly connected to their business network) and it is a mess, and I have been tasked with analyzing it, but need to produce something non-techie management can understand.

My primary thought is to split them up, but I still need to analyze the cam system to repair it, as it is the main problem.

I mostly see tools to CREATE and manage the network diagrams, but no affordable options for what I want. Solarwinds looks nice but I don't want to throw down $1,500 for a single job.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
