Hub/Spoke AWS vMX100. Need 1 spoke to access all others x-post from /r/Meraki

Not sure if this is the appropriate sub to post but I have setup vMX100 as a HUB with multiple spokes connected, thats all working. All of them are non-meraki VPN peers. One specific peer needs to have access to all the others, is there something that I need to setup in routes in AWS or in Meraki
