Arista novice questions / disappointed in Mikrotik speeds for near wire-speed L3

I've been trying to get L3 wire speed switching on Mikrotik but it seems to be impossible even on CCR1072 - even with "fasttrack"- running iperf3 I see hundreds or "retr" for 10G TCP, and fluctuating 2 to 7% losses for UDP in L3 switching.

Same card and cables perform perfectly if 2 test servers connected directly or if CCR1072 has them in a bridge.

I've then been considering ultra low latency wire-speed L2/3/4 Arista 7150S which are now sold at $850-950 on ebay. As a novice I'd like to have support - and found it nearly impossible to find any reseller able to give me a quote for it. Googling for Arista reseller partners returns nearly zero relevant results. Their official page doesn't list any particular organizations.

I'm registered on Arista site and also don't see an option to download newer EOS.

Was also wondering if I can buy support for a used switch. I can certainly do it with Dell servers although at unreasonable costs.

Thirdly - I've read on this subreddit that it may not accept non-arista transceivers and the hack with /mnt/flash/enable3px doesn't seem to work for everybody.

I'll appreciate any pointers/help/suggestions.
