Which ssh tool does your team use?

As the title reads, what ssh tool does your team use?

The team I work in all use PuttyCM, but we are having issues with the database of connections in terms of sharing.

We look after around 350 locations in different regions, and we have times where one person will update their database, then send out the update to everyone on email for it to be copied into their working putty cm directory. The issue is that often one person could be making changes to maybe 50 devices in their copy and another user is making a different 50 changes in theirs, meaning someone is wasting their time.

So with the above, what tools do your teams use? Do you share a database or have a central one?
