Which Cisco switch would you recommend for the easy topology?

Hi, I'm still junior when it comes networking but I got opportunity to buy networking devices for a customer's topology:

Requirements:

CORE

2 switches in stack (redundancy)

24 ports and 4 SFP (any way to have 24 ports with 8 SFP ports?)

ACCESS

2 - 3 x 48 ports access switches (current is 4 - 6 x 24 ports) in stack

Every stack has 2 fiber uplinks

So my suggestions:

CORE

Something from 3850 series?

ACCESS

Cisco Catalyst 2960X (fits perfectly).
