SFP+ MELLANOX MNPA19-XTR,Cisco Genuine SFP-H10GB-CU3M compatible?

Hi all

I'm an SFP+ newbie. I used SFP+ before, but only had to install the cards and switch which had been preselected by another company. I now wanted to upgrade my home lab to 10GB. I have freenas and Proxmox. These mellanox cards should be supported by Proxmox and freenas:

- MELLANOX MNPA19-XTR

I don't know which cables will work with these cards. I want to connect the cards to a switch. So i found this switch and cables:

- Cisco Genuine SFP-H10GB-CU3M SFP+ Copper Twinaxial 10GB Cable 3M

- TP-Link T1700G-28TQ

Does anyone know if they are compatible? How would I find out if they are or not? Here are the links to ebay and switch reseller:
