We have a cluster of SZ-100 controllers with about 800 R710 APs. After upgrading the controllers and APs to v5.0.0 from 3.6, we are having issues with certain HP and maybe some Dell notebooks. The notebooks will associate with an AP fine, will receive an IP addresses from DHCP, and connect fine for a while, but will eventually start not being able to connect to other clients or servers. They'll continue to connect to other network routers and switches just fine. After working with Ruckus for a few days gathering packet captures and such, it appears the APs stop forwarding packets from these notebooks to other computers or servers. This starts happening intermittently after clients associate with an AP. Sometimes it takes a few minutes. Sometimes a few hours.
Anyone had a similar experience with Ruckus gear after the v5 upgrade?
