Need help creating bgp failover

Hello all

1st post to r/networking and I'm looking for some advise on the best way to pursue full redundancy in my company's network. Currently we have 2 2951's, each has their own circuit. We have HSRP setup between the two. I need to be able to setup BGP failover so that if our primary circuit (100M) gets cut (it's happened before prior to me getting here), then BGP and routing all goes over our secondary circuit (40M). Both circuits are handled by the same ISP and we have our own AS number.

Would utilizing BGP community values (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/border-gateway-protocol-bgp/28784-bgp-community.html) be the best route to implement this? Do you guys have a better (easier) method to do this? I'm new to BGP configuration so my Google-Fu is making me lean to the process described in the link above. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
