Is this what the output should look like when uploading an ios to a cisco switch?

Doing this through Teraterm. Tried xmodem and ymodem, no luck because the file size is too big. So just clicked "send file" and i got this now. I am thinking this is bad though.

Doing this because the syst light on the switch is blinking and it appears there is no ios on the switch.
