Digital Antenna over ethernet?

Is digital Antenna signal over ethernet possible?

I just opened a restaurant and I did all the cat5 wiring and networking myself. I have 2 TVs behind the bar that I built in and I'd like to install an antenna on the roof so I can watch things like the local football game without a TV service subscription. The problem is, I didn't run a coaxial from the roof to the network switch in the basement which is also the best access to the bar TVs. I do however have a spare cat5 available...

Can I run an amplified coaxial antenna signal from this antenna/amp over cat5? I want to put the amp in the basement on the other end of this cat5 and use some sort of converter to get cat5 to the coaxial (preferably without power) outside at the antenna. What converters would I need on each end? Everything I see for sale talks about sending Ethernet signal over Coaxial but not the other way around. Does it work in reverse? Is the amplified signal an issue?

Furthermore, I only have cat5 run to the 2 LG smart TV's right now. Would I need to get another converter here to run the coaxial from the basement up through cat5 and then plug in via coaxial to utilize the internal tuner in the TV? Should I just run another coaxial up the conduit and forget this step? I hope there is space in the conduit...
