Cisco Nexus 5596T/5596UP owners please ensure you're not impacted by FN64094

This is an old issue but was never correctly listed on the field notices page until now. The issue can render a 5596 bricked after a reload, most people will likely have ran across this issue and have resolved it previously with TAC. It's a 2 minute job to fix with a call to TAC and completely hitless.

Please check [1], run show sprom sup | inc H/W and if your 5596 has a H/W version of 1.0 you're impacted.
