Best firewall/router solutions for a small/medium business?

Hey! I'm currently working to build up a wired internet system for a small to medium sized business, with 10-15 employees at the office using computers at any given time, and I'm wondering if you have any advice about what network frameworks, routers, and firewalls work the best for this kind of business. I'm trying to focus on wired internet services, since we mostly operate over the internet. I've already asked this question on another subreddit but I want some other advice about setting up a network. I'm already pretty knowledgeable about how to set up internet for family but I'm trying to customize our own devices and internet to improve security and enable better user interfaces. I'm generally drawn to Cisco devices but I'm open to other companies' products as well.
