2 Networks With Same Range On A Server

Hello everyone, i've been tasked with connecting a server to two different networks that have same range and same netmask (i.e. 10.0.0.0) both networks have been like that for years, so can't be changed at this point in time (i know this is a headache already). Network 1 has a stream server that i will be streaming to (i.e. 10.0.0.172). Network 2 has an audio stream in RTP that i need to grab and transcode on the server and then unload that on the stream server of Network 1. What could i use in order to sort out this mess??
