Took over a very messy network, can't seem to figure out what rule is redirecting to our internal webserver. SonicWall

Hi all, so I am a bit stuck with managing this new SonicWall. We use at my company a program called FileMaker, which its developers , develop various web pages and it has its own database etc. So I am currently looking into migrating that local filemaker webserver to the cloud, and it looks like every time that I try to access the cloud instance behind the firewall, it is being redirected again to the local server. Theres a few NAT policies, and firewall policies that have been setup by the previous person managing this firewall, but there are no labels on anything, and no explanation of what goes to where.

All computer behind the firewall are being redirected to the local server instead of the cloud. If I try connecting to the cloud instance from home, I am able to access it no problem. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
