RIPv2 questions

Hi all,

At my company we have created a "sub/sister" company. We wanted them to be in the same building as us, but have their own separate network (Fiber, Firewall, Switches the whole 9 yards).

So we got them some affordable local business internet with a static IP, a Sonicwall NSA 2600, and a 48 port switch going to their servers.

On our side we have a similar router/firewall, we have a 100mbit fiber line connected to a Sonicwall NSA3600.

My boss wants me setup a route between the two routers, so that we can use their internet as a failover backup, in case our fiber line goes down for whatever reason. But we do NOT want the servers for each individual company to be able to talk to each other.

The firewalls have the licensing to use RIPv2. Could I setup a route to 0.0.0.0 (the internet) From Firewall A (NSA-3600) to Firewall B (NSA-2600) but with a higher metric so that it knows that route is a secondary route to the internet?
