I've been trying to get BGP on a circuit for over a month now, and their last reply was that I need to put the address info in the questionnaire so they would have it. I replied with screenshots showing I can follow simple instructions by putting addresses in a goddamn web form, and it's just been crickets on their side for over a week now.
Also, their idiot tech installed an SC port backwards at an IXP demarc, I shipped the remote hands 3 different SFPs before I figured it out last Friday.
I'd go on, but this is just raising my stress level now thinking of all the time I've wasted with these clowns over my career.
Cheap bandwidth, though.
