I'm really confused about the CCENT/CCNA exams requirements.

On the Cisco website it says to get the CCNA, you need to have first completed both the ICND1 and the ICND2. However, on another site it says:

Individuals who have already acquired CCENT certification need only to take the second part (ICND2) of the certification training and pass part two of the exam to become a CCNA.

So, does that mean I only need to do both ICND1 and ICND2 to get the CCNA or do I need to take another exam after ICND2 to get the CCNA?

I'm just a little confused on which I need.
