ubiquiti Airfiber duplex/speed issue?

This is weird to me. I have to set my cisco router to 100/FULL and leave the Airfiber at auto. If try to let it autonegotiate, or hard code both sides, I end up with CRC errors on the cisco router.

Is there anything I can see on SSH into the airfiber that would show me more details on the data port itself to see what its negotiated too? ethtool doesnt reall show me anything.

Is this a cabling issue, or something else a miss here?
