Same network layer 3 switch and router

I have a network lets say its 10.10.10.0 /24 and its configured on a layer 3 switch as 10.10.10.1/24. We have a device that needs to fall under that 10.10.10.0 /24 and its on a router. We have ospf configured on both.

I am trying to get that network to go across to the router so the device can talk back to the main controller that falls under that subnet.
