How can I find my public IP from a tracert or to a specific address

The routing in my office is pretty complicated, we have traffic for AWS direct connect, a separate route for Google traffic, 1 production route and then a general/wifi route.

So if I try something like whatsmyip, it's taking a different route than other traffic. We might have 4 different public IPs + failovers for a backup ISP, I can see the route to a certain destination, but is there some tool that will show me what my public IP is to that destination?
