After some talks and meetings with an external contractor tasked with some highly detailed analysis of our network, i came up with the idea of getting a fiber microscope and the corresponding fiber cleaning supplies.
The issue is that i have zero experience with these things.
I looked into the Fluke FiberInspector Pro and judging from the product pages it seems decent. But i'd love to get some info from people who actually worked with such a device, so i can decide which one i might end up ordering.
What i need: Fiber microscope for LC and SC plugs and sockets. Also loads of cleaning equipment, i saw oneclick dry-cleaning pens and other stuff available from Fluke.
Can anyone enlighten me with their experiences and recommendations?
