Cisco QSFP-H40G Active Optical cable on a Lenovo switch? would it work?

Hi. I'm looking to buy QSFP-QSFP AOC and QSFP- 4X SFP+ AOC for our network at work. The switches that they would go into are Lenovo 1072T. My question is whether those "Cisco compatible" network ports will be compatible with the Lenovo switches? I assume QSFP and SFP+ are industry standards, but want to check before making an expensive buy.

Reason to buy those from fs.com instead of Lenovo : Significantly cheaper.
