Best bluetooth headset for noisy data center environments?

I spent two hours on the phone on a webex today with members from my networking team cutting over fiber connections. 3/4 of the members of the team were using their iPhones and all it was picking up was noise while on the call if they weren't muted. I am looking for recommendations on the best bluetooth headsets you have used for noisy environments like data centers for situations like this.
