Tips/tricks for racking gear alone?

I'll admit I'm not the most mechanically inclined person in the world, and I'm not the strongest person either. I've found myself racking and stacking a bunch of switches and routers lately for a new deployment (3850s, 3900s, etc) - I probably looked like the biggest buffoon trying to get rack clips in, balance/mount devices, not drop screws etc. The 3900s were the biggest pain since they were the heaviest.

Anyone had to go in the field and rack and stack gear alone? Any tips for folks that are weak and struggle with the physical aspects of the networking field?
