Juniper / JunOS - Showing where a *query* is when searching?

Really not sure how to word this one, sorry! Hence my Google searches also failing.

So, as one example; on JunOS we can use "show | match vlan500" which will show us if vlan500 exists in the configuration anywhere.

But what I'd like to be able to find, is what interfacesit is on? Obviously this is just an example and I could do this using show route, right?

"show | match HELLO"

I'd want to see what interface has the description HELLO rather than just returning

description HELLO

Is something like this possible?
