Cisco : Only mark a set bandwidth of received traffic?

I'm trying to figure out how to mark only a certain amount of bandwidth on a much higher bandwidth circuit.

So for example if I have a 1Gb circuit but I only want to mark the first 50mb of received/transmitted traffic on this with a CoS/DSCP value and the rest carry on unmarked how could I get this done?
