If I have 3 cisco switches stacked and tftp a config to the master switch, then reload the whole stack, will the startup config of the bottom 2 switches be changed as well?

3 cisco switches, load a new startup-config to the master, then reload the whole stack. Will this process change the startup config of the bottom 2 switches, or just change the bottom 2's running-config. Thank you for the help.
