NX 7k upgrade Return code -1

I've been told to upgrade our Nexus 7Ks having very little past experience with them. When i run a show install all impact, it almost immediatly stops with

"Pre-upgrade check failed. Return code -1."

I've tried googling it but i see nothing for a -1 return code.

Ran a show incompatibility system bootflash:n7000-s2-dk9.8.3.2.bin, an get

No incompatible configurations

Any help is appreciated.
