Unable to recreate vrf name.

Hi , Im using Cisco ASR1000 and after deleting a vrf then tried to recreate it again output error shows.

example:

(config)#ip vrf xxx

% Deletion of VRF xxx in progress; wait for it to complete

Any idea how to resolve this?
