network traffic monitoring tools

Hi r/networking,

Our company is in need of network monitoring software. We've identified and tested ntopng + nprobe, and so far, it seems to be a great tool to get an overview of how much bandwidth we are using & the type of traffic that is occurring within our network.

However, we are also in need of an application which can be a little more specific to identify which internal hosts are accessing network resources. For example, we'd like to determine how much bandwidth is going to youtube & also identify which computer on the network is accessing it.

A nice to have as well would be to be able to blacklist certain nefarious websites via the same tool & relay this our our router, however the priority is really to gather specific information about internal and external network.

From what I've seen, ntopng does not appear to have these capabilities. Could I be mistaken?

Perhaps a ntopng plugin would do the trick?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated!
