Same IP on 3 virtual adapters, need to differentiate between them in a HTML HTA application

I have 3 VPN connections and 3 virtual network adaptors. All the adapters have the same IP address.

Using HTML, is there a way differentiate between the 3 adapters using Mac addresses or something?
Right now the application shows the same result because it checks the local 192.168.x.x address and can't differentiate between the 3 different adapters.
If you can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it
