Need to change the MAC address of a device - Can this be scripted?

Hi all,

So our client uses a lot of CCTV services and the setup is fairly straight forward - There is a Cisco router from which on a FastEthernet interface is the connection to the Encoder. We use Static ARP entries to add security to their devices.

When the client changes this Encoder, I am to update the MAC to reflect the new box - I already have a cut and paste job to enter the commands manually, but they've setup a project which will mean I need to do about 9 a week for the next month - Not a huge ordeal but wondered if there was a way to script this?
