How to allow process to open port only on specific ip (of multiple interfaces) in Linux?

Hi, I have several network interfaces, that has different ip addresses.

When I start specific program, it opens service on wrong IP, i can't control it.

Is it possible using iptables or something like that to allow only certain IP (or interfaces) for processes to open services?

Maybe is it possible to control that with user groups?
