How do you open an inbound port for a server?

Intro

Sorry, this may be a simple question that I couldn't google. The person that knew this Retired and I'm filling until we hire.

Problem.

We are needing a server to allow port 443 for inbound traffic.

Question.

I'm not too sure where this is configured, but I think it's in the Firewall settings. We run Cisco FMC and I'm not sure how to configure this. Can anyone give me an idea?
