Cisco SX350X-24F - Can't set OOB static IP

Really weird issue

Got a brand new Cisco SX350X-24F, updated the firmware to the latest and plugged in the OOB port, which was set to DHCP

It works fine on DHCP, but as soon as I set the OOB port to static, it just stops working entirely. If I then console back in and set it to DHCP, it works fine

Has anyone run into this?
