Brocade VDX 6740 netinstall - Post-install documentation telling me to run commands that don't exist

I recently picked up a Brocade VDX 6740 switch for cheap because it was fully licensed and 10Gbit.

I pulled a backup of the bootargs from BootROM and I have a complete NOS config backup.

In short, through silliness, I ran a couple commands that wiped out something called the SEEPROM. At least, that's the theory.

Anyway, I've done the netinstall process and I can get it to boot NOS, but there is no fan spin. It takes absurdly long for NOS to become functional, so I have a limited time before it auto-shutdowns for temperature.

Post-install process says this:

A system WITH A CHASSIS for a FIRST TIME LOAD the next steps are: 1. You may now reboot the system. Be sure you have a console connection to the system before rebooting. 2. Run 'host_setup <ipaddress> CP<serialnumber(6 digit)>' once the system is back up to allow the network interface(s) to work. 3. Initialize the non-volitile system hardware descriptions for software if not already done. Run '/fabos/xtool/seepromInit.xtl -T' to configure the FRU data. 4. Run 'chkconfig fabos on' to enable Fabric OS. 5. Reboot the system once more for changes to take effect. 6. Run 'sync' to save the config changes in flask. 7. Run 'ipaddrset' to set the ip address when fabos is on

Problem is, that directory /fabos/xtool doesn't exist. And I think this is the last thing I need to do to get the system to give me fan spin and finally be running again.

Hopefully someone out there has some backwoods secret documentation saved.
