Help cutting over one Cisco 9407 to two Cisco 9500s set up in StackWise

I currently have two Cisco 9500s configured as a StackWise switch. I will be doing a cutover from a Cisco 9407 and I would like some input on the best approach for bringing layer 2 and layer 3 traffic over to the 9500s.
