I'm going through the CCNA book at the moment and I wanted to know if there is any benefit to using the lightweight APs with WLCs over controlling over the cloud.
Where I work I see a lot of Meraki MX series APs but I also see lightweight APs with WLCs coming in so I was quite curious.
Are there specific use cases where lightweight APs with WLCs are better then cloud based APs as cloud based just seems much better to me or is it just a matter of costs?
