hide servers real ip with full proxy or vpn?

Hello guys,

i want to hide my server's real ip because its hosted in my private network with static ip from
my provider.

I know: for stuff (any service, like smb ssh ftp https and whatever) from inside to outside, i just can connect the local server to vpn - thats easy.

I trying to figure out the other direction - what if i want to offer services (any service, like mentioned) to my friends ? I don't want to public my real ip and sometimes it changes. I'm looking for a relay (?) or proxy which routes the ports 1:1 to the real server and hides my own one. For this server i just want use a simple vserver.

can you guys give me a hint, which application or tool i need for the server?
